Location was great! Right near the Louvre. Close to a lot of cafes, restaurants. Arrived late in the evening. Quick check-in and handed me the key. The room was clean and fairly quiet. Breakfast was nothing fancy but good - meeting expectations given the hotel rating. Airconditioning is not on - again we opened the window, which was fine. Staff was helpful. The elevator was the smallest I've ever been on - tight for 4 people. The hallways were narrow. Pillows were small/ square. Neither of these are deal breakers. Just added in here to help people manage their expectations.

We liked how close to the louvre it was. And to the metro. Many options for restaurants nearby. There's a cute bear themed restaurant on the same block. The staff was very kind and helpful. We practice some french. English is welcome here. Guest spoke English and staff speak some depending on who works. Baggage area for after checkout was great to check out nearby sites like the louvre. Felt cozy and visually looked really nice inside. The breakfast area had nice mirrors on the arc way.

The location was absolutely unbeatable! - 10 min walk from Chatalet Les Halles RER Station - 2 min walk to nearest Metro station - 4 min walk to the Louvre Museum - 6 min walk to the River Seine - Next door to Café Saint Ho - a FAB little café/restaurant serving breakfast, lunch & dinner Staff were absolutely brilliant; nothing too much trouble. Rooms were cleaned every day with bedding and towels changed every 2 days. Wifi signal was great. In-room safe a real bonus.

Rooms are small but very comfortable, everything very clean, good options for breakfast and reception staff were always pleasant and helpful for us. I would definitely stay here again.
